One day in Nivve's Expression - i have sent you a post,wherein i wrote a gratitude card for myself and appreciated myself! 

I think many of you remembered! 

and what i did at that time was not really easy but have made it for all of YOU! 

At the starting stage of our self-love..steps might not be that easy but once you fall into self-love ..you can easily run or swim with the steps!!

Atleast in a day - Spend time on yourself or write a gratitude card for yourself or just appreciate yourself for who you are. It is really NEEDED...!!
