I usually find less time to interact with you all in Nive's Expression group when I stay in hostel,but I will make sure to send write-ups frequently tho! 

I would also start my podcast soon,I actually got throat pain and my voice was not that clear..so,I would usually start it soon again too!

So,I came up with a small idea where I can be a good assistor for you regarding emotional well-being and mental stability! 

I am not a girl who is very good at it!

So, I hope you all are excited to read what I am gonna write now! 

So, I always felt like living in moment but I don't excatly know how to live in moment and at the same time I know living in moments makes our life easier and happier! 

I think I confused all of you right? but lemme explain you people in detail..! 

When we don't think about any past moments which has happened in our life then, half of our life becomes easy! You might be asking how? 

When we had great moments with one of our friends in our past but now, we had no connection with them?! 

So,how you feel about those moments and that person?! 

You might feel strange,depressed and sad right? 

So,when you don't think about any moments that has happened in your life with that person and only focus on present then,you will be happy for what you have rather than what you don't have! 

Excatly this way,it is really important for us to create moments in present and forget what we have in past! 

It is important to talk less about past and talk more about present! 

also,there is one another magic which we need to talk..it's future! 

Yes,we can talk about future ..because it's in our hand..we can be the reason of our good future ..so,it's obviously important to talk about future same like of our present moments!! 

You might be asking - what's the reason of telling all of this for you all! 

As ,i am experiencing few of the things that are happening in my life ! 

My realisation for most of my experiences are because I always think about past and worry about unrealistic future ! 

So,to make our present life happier..we always and forever should live in present !

Obsessive Leaders!! 

I just wanna talk about the leaders of obsession calls!! 

They are my inspiration and i am my inspiration too! 

From the start of obsession calls journey- Their days has been more challenging to grow themselves and also to be better for the world..! 

These are my thoughts which i wanna share here! 

Because, for every obsession call - These obsession leaders should be better and work like never before than the previous obsession call..and trust me - It's not at all easy! 

I will give an example of mine - 

For me, Nive's Expression is like a platform to express about myself! 

Every week is a new obsession call for me - i need to learn and come as a NEW NIVE than before! 

I need to spend atleast 6 hours to be my best for that obsession calls! 

Also, I need to grow as it's the only way for me to love myself every single day!! 

Kudos to each and every obsessive Leaders who thought to grow themselves and others!! 

We as Obsessive leaders have some common goals.

1)We want to provide value.

2)We want to inculcate growth mindset.

3)We want to become the reason of many smiles.

4)We want to answer many people and disrupt the negative thinking.

5) We want to focus on Emotional well-being.

6)We want to focus on ourselves and our goals!

I would like to express few things here - 

I am just now thinking about my father - like,how he will be ready to move far away from his daughter by keeping her studies in mind with lot full of fear inside and to just make her feel happy - he will appear strong outside.(such a great bond right?..)

This bond is soo soo soo irreplaceable and also! 

Did you observe one thing? 

Whenever girls leave their home and go to hostel - our mothers will feel sad and sometimes they cry for us too! 

It's because they knew that,we are going to leave them one day after a girl's marriage! 

See,HOW our parents love us very much and secure us with soo much of care by keeping all kinds of tensions,fears and sadness inside of them! 

Though they feel that way - they just believe in us soo much that sometimes..their belief on us makes their life beautiful! 

The same way - 

We should always grow stronger Every single day by believing in ourselves!! 

If you are not ready to believe in what you do,then no one will believe what you do too! 

So, YOU are awesome just the way you are! 

Just be independent on anything you are going to work on!! 

I just realised that - we have to be independent and we should grow stronger from inside each and every single day and that's where our real happiness will start!

I love it when girls don't depend on anyone much and always works on their growth for their self-satisfaction and happiness! 

I mentioned girls because - people think that,Girls depend too much ani..but we are independent in such a way that - even if we go through periods pain we will take care of ourselves without letting others know what we are going through! 

Kudos to all those girls who struggle alot in silence and smile alot outside!

I just donno but, people do think that a girl can't have a girl inspiration because girls go through ego! 

But,thats not true we do have many inspirations of same gender too! 

I do have awesome inspiration sister - she is Shiv akka,She does anything for people..she makes others happy..she knows how to live her quality life..she is independent at everything she do or does..she never ever put someone down..she is beautiful inside and outside..!
